Associate Professor. His research activities focus on biology, ecotoxicology and conservation of managed and wild bees in the agro-ecosystems and the valorization of the pollination services. Member as external expert in several EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) working groups with the aim to develop the documents to assess the risk of pesticides on bees and member of the EIP-Agri Focus Group on “Bee health and sustainable beekeeping”.
