His research activities focus on the ecological interactions of fruit tree including plant- pathogens, -microbes and insects- interactions, with a special interest in omics approaches at ecosystem levels. He has authored over 100 scientific publications (H index=25) and took responsibility in several international projects, for a total of 1.8 M€.
