Loïc LEPINIEC is research director (class exceptional) at the Institut Jean-Pierre Bourgin (IJPB, INRAE-Versailles). His research focuses on the regulation of specialized metabolites (flavonoids) in plants and their role in the interaction with the environment. Since 2021, he is the representative of INRAE in the Paris region (Ile-de-France), since 2010, he is the coordinator of the Paris-Saclay Laboratory of Excellence (SPS LabEx), since 2006, he is the leader of the SEEDEV team (around 15 people) of the IJPB (INRAE-Versailles). L. Lepiniec has been involved in more than 30 national and EU projects. Author of 111 publications (H-index 59, 19 105 citations) and 4 patents, «Highly Cited Researcher 2018» (top 1%), he has been invited as speaker to more than 60 conferences.
